      Local bank here in Howard City, very friendly people. I recently sat down with the loan adviser here and he was very helpful explaining how loans and mortgages work, seemed very honest and took the time to answer all my questions fully. I would definitely recommend Independent Bank to anyone, just wish they would get a better Android application for checking your balance and doing mobile banking.

      INAPPROPRIATE & Rude , did not follow up with customer when it was clear it was their error however I am the one who it effects dramatically. I will not do business with this branch again. They are rude & inappropriate.
