  I have been doing business with Independent Bank since 2000. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They are always prepared to assist customers and during the Coronavirus crisis the bank officers continued providing excellent service while complying with the County regulations.

  The branch at the corner of Palisades and Poplar is the best run, friendliest bank branch I have ever used. Eva, the branch manager, runs a tight ship. The tellers are top notch too, super competent and so easy to get along with.

  Always have a great experience on each visit. The customer service is good and the VP Mr. Moore, is always available and welcoming to discuss my banking needs.

  Worst experience ever dealing with a bank. Very bad customer service, no one knows whats going on, one representative will tell you one thing and the other will say something completely different. I had automatic payments going to them from my bank of America account, for whatever reason there was a glitch in their system and the payments did not go through, next thing I know i come back from a trip to find my car was repo'd. to make things worst the repo fee was 900.00 for a 4 mile tow to the lot. The rep I was dealing with acknowledged the glitch, offered an apology but said there was nothing she can do since the car was already repo'd

  Independent bank is the most dependable bank ive ever bank with..the people are so helpful..nice and friendly..ms stephanie has been wonderful since the first day i walked in her office...i recommend independent bank for all your banking needs
