  Mark McKay and his team were AMAZING to work with!   I could not be happier with Josh and his team. They expertly guided this first time homebuyer through the loan process with ease. Josh took the time to talk me through the process, explaining every step, line item & development along the way. Their expertise allowed me to focus on the other parts of the home buying process, and I could not thank them enough for that. My favorite part was the fact that Josh would give me a call almost weekly, just to check on me and make sure I was happy and comfortable with the process as it progressed.

  My husband and I were referred to Josh's office by our realtor who is a personal friend. They hit the ground running when we first started the process. There was a time where we were not having any luck finding any homes we were interested in. Josh would call me to check on our progress and once we did find the home we wanted he kept us informed every step of the way. Josh's staff was also impressive with their attention to detail and knowledge no matter what questions I had for them daily. They always returned my calls, always attentive and reassuring that we had everything in order for our purchase. We closed on March 3 and could not be happier!!!!!   We were first time home buyers and very intimidated by the process. I wasn't even sure if we could afford a house. I was so sick of throwing money away toward rent, but I was sure we could not afford a down payment. I had no idea that the whole process could be so much easier and more affordable than I knew. I am so glad I reached out to Ideal because they taught me so much I didn't know, and they taught me I really could afford a home!
