  ICCU Has been great so far with our car loan. I wanted to get my credit from 770 to 800+ so I decided to finance a portion of our car instead of paying it out right. The interest rate was low and everyone has been professional so it was a good choice for me. I haven't been hit with any hidden fees and the staff are always readily available to help whenever I want to pop in and pay down some extra. The only slight surprise to me was the disability simple insurance and the single life simple insurance plans attached to the loan. I personally don't intend on dying or becoming impaired anytime soon so I had no need for these additions. I had them removed from my account the other day and I think I only am out 100$ from it collectively. Make sure you opt out of these two additions to the loan if you don't want to be paying towards them.

  My wife was a member at ICCU so we decided to go with them. When I tried signing up they had my social security number under someone else’s account. It took them hours to get back to us and fix it. We decided to keep going with it. After signing up, there are a bunch of hidden fees that keep popping up. We were told of different fees that would happen, but the ones I’ve had were never disclosed to us. My wife didn’t really have any problems before I joined ICCU. After I joined she realized all of the problems she was having as well. Unfortunately, I’ve had nothing but a bad experience here. I have many other friends that have left because of different problems as well, so I’m not alone in this.

  Ben Doggett ,Ashley Anderson , Taylor Krosch were absolutely amazing. The ICCU innovation center can now service businesses. Customer service was a 10 out of 10. Very accommodating and made the process easy and simple to resolve my business account issues. Taylor was very professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this bank. Staff will go over and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable. I could describe their customer service skills to a good ol Polynesian BBQ. Good food and good times. Oooooweee now I’m getting hungry LOL. Best ICCU staff in Rexsburg Hands Down!!!!!
