      I live out of state and they make it extremely hard to get anything even after I am verified. Super frustrated, I’ve talked to 3 different people and today I was hung up on. All I want is a SIGNED transaction paper.

      Staff was very unprofessional, laughing/joking behind the tills at my friend. He stated unstead of apologizing she hid behind the side desk and knew he could hear them. She had some other employee give him his credit card... Not satisfied by the employees "professionalism" there.

      Bank charged to much for overdrafts & been hacked too many times...bank is a hachers paradise....customer service reps. R great ,,,for a credit union I gove it 2 stars...seen better!!

      There's nothing like waiting for service for over 1/2 hour. And that was after two times previously driving by and not stopping due to excessive long lines. Yes it is hard to do banking thru the drive thru but procedures need updating to manages the load.

      3 years ago I made the jump to ICCU. after 15 years of loyalty to The Bank of Commerce I chose to leave them and haven't looked back. When I was looking to buy a home the mortgage team at ICCU was great to work with! THE B OF C Well lets just say they need some improvement.... Plus 3 different times I request larger money withdrawals. The Blackfoot Bank of Commerce refuse to give me my money, i was told I would need to go to the main branch in idaho falls. Rodger and his team Rock!

      Really bad experience with the tellers making false accusation notes and ICCU not wanting to resolve the issue in a professional matter. You should be able to trust your bank and eventually ICCU is not the place!
