  I’ve done many transfers with I-Deal from my store to theirs for a couple years now, always great to work with and are very fast shippers/communicators. Our customers are always happy with their purchases from them. Being in the business you get your unfair share of bad reviews from ridiculous people, so hoping this review will cancel out someone’s misleading one.

  Old fashioned pawn shop experience. First and only pawn I've visited in Ponca. The owners seemed honest, experienced, and showed me the same respect I showed them. I figure I chose the best shop in town for what I needed.

  Did a gunbroker purchase from these folks, one of the finest rifles I’ve seen and fast shipping to boot. These guys run a class A establishment. Would recommend for any firearm purchases.

  Absolutely great people. This couple has helped me out several times and worked with my wife and i if we need it and have the best customer service I've seen in a long time. I have bought a few pistols from them at very reasonable prices and will eventually buy more Its one of the best shops in town in my opinion and always treat us like family.

  I found a rifle that was advertised for sale and was able to contact John and he took care of all the purchase details including processing the Credit Card, C&R and other docs. He was able to ship the rifle the same day! I want to thank John and Cheryl for the extremely professional and courteous treatment and sale processing. It was definitely a pleasure doing business with them and I hope I have the opportunity to conduct more business with them in the future. I am in San Jose, California, where the gun laws are tough enough and dealing with great people like John helps make that burden less painful! I highly recommend them and hope to travel through Oklahoma and get a chance to stop in and personally meet them all.

  Normally I have a fair time shopping there. However, today, the lady there was very rude. I was only trying to negotiate a price on a ratchet which was price the same as a brand new ratchet. And she cut me off so short that I was offended. I enjoy shopping in pawn shops because of the fact that it's like a big garage sale and prices usually are negotiable. She could have put it more nicely. It was Friday and I was looking to spend some money.

  I went to I-Deal to sell a pistol. The owners greeted me right away and were very friendly. I showed them what I wanted to sell, and made a deal later in the day. Their shop is clean, organized, and above all excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

  Well I don’t know what happened since my last 5 star review but I went in there today to sell a firearm I had previously purchased from him and he offered me half. I guess the last time I went in he had breakfast maybe some ice cream which put him in a better mood. If you plan on going in do yourself a favor and bring a snickers bar, he’s not himself when he’s hungry.

  What we pay for used merchandise is our option. The option of selling to any of the other pawnshops is always available. What we have for breakfast is our business! Would suggest this gentleman obtain his own pawnshop for a 'taste' of dealing with mental midgets. Thanks for the review! We love our customers.

  Dealt with John online to inquire about some "between 22 & 24 karat gold". Dude has 0 class. Judge for yourself. Here is an exact copy of my email: 'My Son and I are learning to blow glass and need between 22 & 24 karat gold so that we can fume our work. We use it in .05 gram increments or so. Thought I'd see if you have any gold we could pick up for less than spot price? I don't understand the gold market but thought I'd ask.'

  Erik emailed a request for some 24k gold bars at less than spot price. Why doesn't he go into his bank tomorrow and ask for some "used" $100 bills in the $85-90 range? He'd get the same response we gave him. We simply replied he should bargain for some 49.9 cent gasoline??? We're sure some retailer would give him the laugh too! Erik: How about a $3 haircut?
