  The best FFL around for online/shipped orders. I've always encountered top notch customer service with all of my orders and they are also preferred with Bud's. $10/firearm means the cheapest option I've found for a legitimate brick-and-mortar business near me. There is no compromise with the affordability so far; it seems like another benefit of doing business with them. They have been incredibly fast with communication as soon as my order arrives (including 2-way text messaging which is extremely convenient). I could not ask for anything more in an FFL. Look no further as they relieved all of my online ordering anxiety.

  My husband and I have used Hy & Mike's for a few years now and we will continue to work with them and buy things from the shop. The staff is always very friendly and easy to work with and never hesitate to answer any questions you may have. We've also used them to pawn items for a little extra cash and and the money offered is always a good rate and I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to go and recommend in years to come.

  Winner of City Weekly's BEST OF UTAH several times for best pawn shop. I love this place. They are kind, fair and understanding when it comes to people going through hard times. They take care of my belongings as if it were their own. I won't go anywhere else.

  Hy and Mikes has been great to me for years until recently. I had a fairly expensive (+$1,000) guitar in pawn for about a year and finally was ready to pick it up. When I arrived the guitar had been dropped and had significant damage. They gave me an option to get the repair bill or to take the guitar at no fee to get out which would have been around $350. The reason I'm upset is I was never notified the guitar was dropped and even though I didn't have to pay to get it out I have paid interest for almost a year of about $30 a month. I finally got my guitar tech to take a look ath the guitar and it's over $700 to get it fixed correctly and be playable. I think I should have been notified when the guitar was dropped and even though I didn't pay to get it out the interest I have paid was nearly the price to get the guitar so no win there. I now have a high end guitar that doesn't play and I can't sell. I understand things happen but not being notified when the guitar was dropped is frustating. Thought they would have done more as I've been a customer for years.

  Hy and Mike’s offers cheap and efficient FFL transfers! Where gun stores charge $30-$45, Hy and Mike’s charges $10!

  These guys(and lady) were great. Even though I always get delayed forever on my 4473, they were very courteous and nice to me. I would definitely recommend them as an FFL transfer dealer and as people in general.

  Mark was very helpful and great on doing an FFL transfer for me. Quick and efficient. Shop was very clean and organized, look forward to visiting this shop again and impressed with how nice and personable Mike and Tammy were.

  I have used Hy and Mike's a few times now for FFL transfers. They have the best FFL transfer price ($10), and everybody on staff is super helpful and friendly. The FFL transfer process is quick and easy, and I am usually in and out in about 10 minutes.

  Best pawn shop around! These guys are honest and are always willing to work out a deal. I live far away and travel just to see them. My whole family does business with them. They definitely treat us right! Never a disappointment. Thanks to all our friends at Hy and Mikes in Midvale!
