Sharon Hickman, Rosencrans, Reed1I’m getting tired of not being able to get into my account them having to put up with a computer for a long time and listening to that awful music that races my nerves more. If I can’t talk to a person without waiting and listening to in wanted or needed information I’m closing my account and going elsewhere. I’m very easy going but by the time I go through all that I’m ready to fight with someone and that’s not me. I even get hung up on trying to get help. After just trying to get into my account again and talking to local bank it still won’t let me in asking for another access code again! This is rediculous after trying so many times! Please help or I’m gone!

Scarlett Raines1They one person and a chicken working. This place is a waste of time and space. They never get anything done. The one employee talks to everyone for 20 minutes minimum about her day. Lines of 10 or more people will pile up inside. I think there was another employee sitting down somewhere probably picking her nose or something getting paid for it. Done go here unless you enjoy standing in a bank watching the employees make fools of themselves.
