      Ellen Rohrs is seriously awful and unprofessional if you are considering getting a mortgage through her. She did not start doing any paperwork in time, which made us not able to get our loan in time for the closing date on our house. Then we figured out things with another bank and planned on refinancing later with Huntington. Then she did not take care of anything with that bank when she said she would. She then proceeded to BLATANTLY lie straight to our faces and said she took care of something that she didn't even attempt to do. This bank is extremely unprofessional and I don't know how Ellen has her job, because she should not. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

      Best bank I’ve ever been with. The staff in Archbold are terrific. All my family banks here, and we’ve never had an issue.

      This site lists the bank hours until 4:30 but the physical bank is only open til 4... Great idea, lets make banking hours even harder to get to if you have a full time day job!!
