  I have been here only once to make a money order to pay rent. They couldn't do it since I didn't have an account there, nor did I have a debit card (not a citizen of US). But the staff was kind enough to assist me and refer me to a location where I could do it. Great service for a visitor. On another occasion while I was using their ATM, it was their customer appreciation day and the lady offered me a hot dog! Thank you :)

  I went through the drive through, and it seemed to only be two tellers working, for tbe three lines of drive through, and the inside traffic. There was also other people like loan people there, but there was alot of traffic in the drive through for only two people, for the the day before a long holiday weekend.

  Terri Yeley (mortgage loan officer) was extremely helpful and offered me the best rate and closing costs I could find in Ashland. She responds even outside of business hours, which is a huge plus to me. Very glad I called this bank to help me purchase a home.

  Great people. Great customer service. Honestly by far the best bank i ever had. I also love the fact that no matter what city im in there's an atm i can use.
