Britne Conley1Have been trying to close my account for a week, understood that I would have to make time to do this in person. First visit, teller told me after waiting 20 mins I needed an appointment. Called to make an appointment just to be told I don't need an appointment... Making another trip it to close my account, Colleen sets up a print out for the Branch manager, Sumayia to close the account when she gets to it.... After six calls within five hours no answer. I decided to go to the branch again, to waste my work break, and come to find out Sumayia never closed my account. Had to take a ridiculous $.03 balance from interest in the account and was only told that Sumayia "will close the account" by their end of business day.... I can truly understand the time of being short staffed. After seven hours, six calls, four visits, account still not closed, and being a "valued customer" this is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend opening any sort of account with Huntington bank. This is only one of many complications I've had with Huntington and most of there customer service, being a long term customer. This bank needs to get it together.

Tracy Keffer1Never pick up the phone. Never have a banker available to open bank accounts. For business purposes we need to see the banker often and this is the 5th time “no banker is available and we only take appointment”. What’s the point of having a branch? We always ended up going to the smallest branch in Giant Eagle to get work done. It’s a shame to have a branch by Easton mall and the branch is not functional.

Madison Taylor1Went in about a half hour ago. Wait wasn't that bad. I went in for documentation of my bank, you know the normal stuff like a Routing number and account number. Grace, the lady who helped me was nice. Until she gave me paperwork with false information on it. Don't have time to go back and get it fixed. Should've been done right the first time. Will not be back.

Blair Miller3Employees are unprofessional and I had withdrew money out of my checking account and the amount I withdrew was duplicated as if I made two transactions of the same amount; had to wait in drive thru line for almost two hours to get this issue rectified. One thing they did do right was give me a courtesy call to ensure my money was placed back in the account and that the withdrawal didn’t show up twice. I appreciative the follow up from the branch manager their systems were down which caused the issue.

Cymone Allen1Literally ONE teller with a sign that states "In training. Was the LONGEST wait as well as transaction once I finally got up to the counter. I absolutely will not return to this location. For what it's worth, Kiara was very kind :)
