David R.1Customer service is atrocious! That's being nice. The first call I made, the representative told me how to mail in a check, but she wouldn't give me the payoff amount. I asked to pay it off electronically and she said "I guess we can do that." Then we were disconnected. On the second call I made, it was for a payoff quote and the representative cut me off and transferred me to the automated line instead of helping. Looks like one garbage financial institution bought another one.
