  All i needed was a paper notarized and the guy told me i couldnt do it but wouldnt explain to me why so now i have to cancel my vacation because the staff is useless

  3rd time can't get money from cash machine, then have to watch my bank details to make sure the money was taken out, fix the machine

  Gretchen is definitely NOT an asset to this Bank...Very unfriendly and treats you like you're an inconvenience. All other employees have been friendly and professional. She needs some guidance on how to treat people...I hope she seeks it soon.. .!

  Had a banking issue at a different branch but thankfully Mieashia was there and helped us out! She put in a lot of work to help with the issue. I will defiently be using this bank from on thanks toner customer service skills and willing to go the extra mile.
