  The employees at Huntington Bank, where literally the kindest, most knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. Simply wonderful people. Bank was spotless.

  I went to open a checking account and they said I had to make an appointment for a week later. I'm glad I walked down the street to premier because they opened an account for me right there on the spot. It also seem Huntington conducts no action with consumers unless they have a "relationship ". An example would be they are una le to make change. But circle K across the street does.

  Hands down the WORST banking experience of my life. Bombarded me at the door with their safety protocols, tried to convince me to come back and schedule opening my account and in the 48 hrs ive had my account i have been unable to access my money (which was a cash deposit to a teller amd available immediately). On day 1 of my banking with them not only was my atm card setup incorrectly, but the replacement card they gave me after the hassle doesnt permit me to withdraw from their atms or even get a print out. Disgraceful!

  I tell you what... the customer service I get at other branches is amazing.. I stopped in on my way through town and got a Suszane. She seems like she has a huge chip on her shoulders against men. Totally condescending and rude... Lady has more faces then Mount Rushmore.
