      This has been my branch bank for several years now. I opened my account at this bank. Absolutely everyone associated with this branch has been more than accommodating to help me. From Roberta who was an excellent customer service person to Katie who has gone over and beyond to help me, well trained, super service, I would recommend this bank to everyone.

      Friendly & helpful staff have always serviced my accounts here. After comparing service from other banks, this is by far my favorite institution. Bonus: ATM deposits made by midnight are available next day.

      My old debit card expired at the end of November, I never received it by that date. Called this branch and spoke to Chris. He ordered a new card for me well,3 weeks later it showed up, mind you this would be the middle of December by this time with Christmas around the corner. The card showed up but, no PIN number,now today is the 30th of December and guess what? Still no PIN. I will be switching banks at this point. This is not acceptable and all I get from Chris is an apology,really? I would strongly urge prospective clients to do their research before choosing Huntington as your banking institution. You may have better luck with credit union or over seas bank.
