      I called this specific Huntington Bank location on 7/22/2020 and talked with the branch manager Thomas Lascola. Prior to actually going into the physical location I asked the manager what documentation would I need in order to open an account. Thomas not knowing, I am already a customer with Huntington, and that I already have a separate personal account there, proceeded in telling me that I would need an Ohio state issued I.D. or Drivers license and proof of address. Not only that but the identification card has to be Ohio state issued and the proof of address has to be a utility bill or lease agreement and that no other forms of verifications of this information could be accepted. Implying that the identification card has to be Ohio state issued and the proof of address has to be a lease agreement or utility bill nothing else could be accepted. Now I already have a personal account with Huntington Bank but I was calling to confirm this information because I was needing to go in to open a business checking account. Based off the information Mr. Lascola had given me I was immediately discouraged. This information can't be right I thought to myself. I decided to call the Huntington 1800 # to clear somethings up before I took the time out to drive there. After cross referrencing the proper information I was then able to get an appointment scheduled for that same day at 2:00 pm. Once I get there Mr. Lascola and I introduce ourselves to one another then I went along to inform Mr. Lascola that I am just here to open a business account. After providing Mr. Lascola with the necessary information needed to open the business account he then went on and said that he can't open the account for me because my business was a Limited Liability Corporation. I then informed Mr. Lascola that the business information I am giving is not a Limited Liability Corporation but indeed a Limited Liability Company he began to look into the information provided for about 30 minutes after the duration of this time proceeded to tell me that I was correct but I still need to provide him with more information in order to to open the account. That information was the Articles of Organization for my company, Im personally still not sure if he actually needed this documentation to open the account but he insisted it was need. After providing it to him then then continued this process by calling his higher ups to make sure that it was the proper information in order to open the account. (This was but indeed the main reason why I called in the first place). Which could have been avoided if the initial communication had gone correctly. All of this took place in the duration in about 1hour and 15mins. Now at this point I have my account and I am ready to go on with the rest of my day. Mr. Lascola then apologized for the disfunction that he had displayed. He also went into telling me that he has been working at his job for 19 years and he had never had to open a business account as if that was an excuse for his performance. Not only that but I find it had to believe he had never opened a business account considering the number of small businesses in the area. Lastly he went along in telling me that I would make a great fit into working at his branch location as a banker even told me how much money I could make doing so and that I reminded him of another young gentleman who used to work for him 'very sharp" were his word he used to describe this other gentleman. In conclusion I experienced an overall horrible experience and I would give this rating zeros stars if I could. I mean the amount of time and energy spent to get this task done is the epitome of bad customer service. Im leaving this review so that the community knows what they can expect from this branch instead pointing Mr. Lascola out to upper management. Which I should have done. Considering his lack of knowledge and professionalism and he displayed. Trying to bribe someone is not going to make them forget about their experience This is very alarming and most of all its a question of ones integrity.

      I'm not sure what is going on with this branch anymore. I have had an account since I was at least 16 years old. I called this morning at 10am and no one has called me back. I have called 3 more times and received a voicemail again. Customer service has really gone down hill here....

      Worst bank ever. The workers are full of attitude and never help. And it takes 3 whole days to cash a freaking check!!! You guys suck!!!
