  One star is for the polite drive-through teller I always get otherwise I would definitely be scoring this a 0! The lobby is always closed, the drive through is occasionally closed during a week day, there is inadequate drive-through lane space leaving no more room than three cars each (when three lanes operating) before a fourth in a lane is in parking or exit area, they are using no deposit or transfer slips in drive through leaving people to verbally tell what needed or to put on piece of scratch paper, checking account statements no longer have a balance worksheet on them, given all new account numbers with several new codes some don’t even work, I had to hunt down a card, the first month I got three statements for each account like it wasn’t confusing enough, phone transfers require complete social and not just last four numbers, phone calls not answered left to call main number waiting is up to 30 minutes last time I called I honestly got more help talking to my sister (who is a retired bank manager) to figure what the heck going on. 60 years old and I have managed to get my first overdraft. Yeah, thanks Huntington. My household will be closing ALL our accounts if it has to be done through the drive-through!

  I have banked with TCF for 35 years and I always had a great banking experience. Since switching to Huntington things have gone drastically down hill at least at the forest lake branch. Who runs a bank where the lobby is always closed and nobody ever answers the phone. If you don't get it together soon I will be forced to switch to another bank.

  I unfortunately mirror ALL the very negative reviews, and for the same reasons. This branch seems like more of a liability to Huntington compared to any value it provides. Not sure if its a perfect storm of situational problems, but they should just close it until they can figure it out and clean house.

  Place is a joke. Lobby not open still. No signs saying closed. Huntington has lost another customer. Would give zero stars if possible.

  It's not rocket science to get an updated voicemail, bank signs, etc. updated to inform customer's they can't see anyone in-person or get basic services now 3 months post-TCF to Huntington conversion. My money is stuck here, at least for now.

  When tcf change over to Huntington bank it was a little bit hard but it is getting better so I will continue to use them and I hope that they will continue to be in or state , I will be continue to go to them

  Tcf was better! Lobby closed! Super slow! Ordered cards 3 times… no 4 times will see if it comes this time

  Absolutely the worst bank NON BANK, service is criminally slow. Absolutely Do Not do business with this bank; they are the worst. HOPE THEY SELL SOON.

  Everything has gone down hill since they bought out TCF. Cash machine is always empty, lobby is closed and drive thru is only open 9to5.... Banker hours. Time to find a better bank

  Your services stink! Each visit has a new ring of ****. Change over in October and still cannot go inside. Yesterday, the ATM outside had NO cash! Supposedly, we can go into the bank in early January! Yippee!
