  Huntington bank was great on 11th St, friendly people to help you. But since the move to Chemical bank building it’s terrible. I try not to go there unless need to.

  I loved the old location, but the new one is a joke. It's virtually impossible to access from 5th Street. And unless you have a truck, you have to get out of your car to reach it. And I'm tall! But it never works anyway, so you have to wait in ridiculously long lines. I'm sorry to say that I'll be taking my banking business elsewhere.

  All around worse than their old location. You will wait for 30 minutes, the ATM is out of service often as well. If you bank with Huntington either switch or drive to a different location. So close to my first ever 1 star rating.

  Tuesday December 28th. One car in front of me. 12 minutes. I pull up. To make loan payment. 8 minutes The move from south 11th to Main Street is a horrible move. Must benefit corporate. The drive thru alone is bad to get into. Hunting has been my favorite bank for years but this new location has much to be desired. After reading reviews already posted. I concur with all their statements. All true. So sad Update. It’s May and the efficiency of this branch is still horrible

  Awful location. Awful ATM. It’s hard to get in the parking lot and also no left turn when leaving the drive thru. Turning right puts you right into an intersection. The atm is hard to reach the top of the screen from my car. Also the atm has been out of service a couple times since I’ve been going there (the old branch had a brand new atm). We’ve been using Huntington for at least 20 years but I’m strongly considering switching just because of the horrible location.

  Totally agree! Entrance poorly marked, had to wait blocking traffic to enter clogged drive thru so drove around again. Difficult to reach with no turn lanes all around. I'll be driving farther or switching banks.

  This the worst bank to get in and out of👎 And now with the branch on 933 closed we are stuck with it.
