  Sam is awesome. He got me approved and into a house. I'll leave out the details because he got through over 40 underwriting conditions with me and now I'm living on my 2 acre property. Oh we did it with no money down!!! Just give them (Sam and Mitch) a call and explain your situation and they will be real with you. They told me from the get go that they could get me approved, they delivered

  Great group of guys here! Joe and William together are a force to be reckon with, they work diligently day in and day out to close on your home at the best rate possible. The scary part about going through the home buying process is not knowing who to go through, hunter creek mortgage knows the mortgage business better than anyone in the treasure valley and are always a call away to anwser ANY questions you have, (even the dumb questions). My case was a little bit different and Joe went above and beyond to satisfy the underwriters conditions. I got a recommendation from friends who also had the best home buying experience with Joe. We will be recommending them in the future to friends and family and will use them again if we ever refinance or buy again!! Thanks again guys!!

  We recently worked with Hunter Creek Mortgage on a home refi. I shopped online lenders and local credit unions first, and Hunter Creek came through with the best deal for us in the end. Joe was fantastic with communication, his level of experience, and intuition about the changing market. If ever we need a mortgage broker in Idaho in the future, we know we won't need to shop around again!
