      Waited around two hours just to finalize my loan, the wait times are ridiculous and they make you jump through so many hoops just to get a car loan not worth your time, do not go here!!! Took me three weeks to finally complete the process

      So far, not so good. First they charge crazy high interest and try to pass it off as "We charge everyone the same rate no matter your credit score". Second they are always experiencing a higher than normal call volume. Hello! This is normal now, higher someone to answer the phones! I was thinking about changing to them as my main bank, but no way at this point. Just have to take my finances and home loan elsewhere. If you don't walk in the door, you won't get service.

      Hughes federal credit union is good. Some branches are closed due to coronavirus. Only the drive thru is available. The mobile app is good and has greatly improved over the past year. It's easy to make deposits by phone as long as the amount of the check doesn't exceed $1500. I do get the sense that they are more of a small credit union and provide more personalized service. Everyone I have ever interacted with has been helpful and friendly.

      I just switched over to Hughes, previously I used them a lot for the shared branching services, every time, everyone has been so Friendly, I eventually realized that this should be my bank, so here I am!

      After being on hold for an hour I finally got human being to talk to me and not a computer. All I asked for was my loan payoff amount. The lady on the phone refused to help and said thats not my department and put me on hold yet again!!!!!!! Get it together people have a little something called customer service.

      This credit union has the worst automated pay by phone service ever. I dread making my car payment every month. I've complained over and over but they will not fix it. I tired using 3 cell phones to make my payment and it never works. I keep getting "SORRY. THAT IS NOT A VALID ENTERY" I've also tried paying online and every time i change my password it never works. I'm so glad i don't bank here!!!!!!! I will be paying the rest of my loan in full just so i don't have to deal with this credit union ever again.

      Don’t ever go to this branch if you are dealing with loans or need to talk to someone wait time is ridiculous don’t inform you how much longer and or even how long it will be go to a different branch or another bank.

      Really have enjoyed banking with this bank it is way better than the typical banks Hughes federal is a good organization and I’ve been totally happy with them

      Hughes FCU is a great bank I always recommend it. BUT The customer services in This branch is Horrible. Also I have to add the update they did to the mobile app is not friendly.

      We had struggles at the ATM so we went to the window, Allison was AMAZING!! She not only assisted with the deposit but also helped transfer funds for in-house accounts. She is what Great service is all about!
