  Every step of my refinance was made as smooth as possible. Donald Spoon was my broker and he did an excellent job at keeping in contact with me throughout. Savannah Adkins was my Loan Processing Specialist. There was not a single time when I could not get ahold of her. She worked very hard to ensure everything was completed for the underwriter and talked me through every process. The mobile notary, Alisha Clark was equally as helpful and worked with me and my schedule to ensure everything was completed and submitted as quickly as possible. I was extremely satisfied with Hub City Lending and certainly will recommend them in the future.

  I wish there was an option for 10 stars because I would give all 10 to Don and his team. He made our refinancing process smooth and seamless. He is attentive and willing to listen and help. His efforts allowed us to cut ties with a subpar mortage company, saved us a ton of money and gave us an opportunity to see a light at the end of the tunnel of our mortgage debt.
