  My experience with Hrak was nothing short of amazing. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable and no non-sense in his approach. He made my loan happen in a timely manner and was there guiding me through the whole process. He was always available and followed up with everything. I sincerely would recommend him and the next time I refinance any of my properties I will certainly use Hrak as my loan agent.

  Amazing! Quick and clean close! My wife and I were first time home buyers and we were pretty nervous with such a large transaction. Being self-employed, I know that getting approved for a decent size loan is always tricky. We got an underwritten approval before we even had a property! I have heard horror stories from friends and family on nightmare escrows with delays, especially with the big banks where the loan officer did not do their job. Once we spoke to Hrak, he and his team made everything so easy and made it their mission to remove as much stress from our shoulders as possible. We really got to focus on the fun stuff with buying a new home. Hrak personally contacted everyone involved with the transaction and orchestrated a very quick close. Before we knew it, we were getting our keys. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend Hrak and his team from Fairway!

  We would not own our new homestead in Idyllwild but for Hrak. We hit what many would consider serious, game-over show stoppers along the way. Hrak found ways to work them out at every turn. The man does not take no for an answer! We were so impressed by his ingenuity, resourcefulness, follow-through and follow-up throughout the process. And the entire time he seemed to be enjoying himself, which is fun to be around and a bit infectious. His confidence spilled over onto us and made us feel empowered in a situation that most would find discouraging and stressful. He is an exemplar of how miracles of all shapes and sizes can happen at any time with a stubbornly positive attitude of “we got this”, coupled with a strong work ethic to get it done.   I can not say enough amazing things about this guy! I was a first time home buyer so I needed lots of guidance through the process. After receiving the bid on my house I ran into a problem. My appraisal for the house didn't come in where I needed it to with my other lender and time was of the essence to find a new lender. I spoke with skyline and they were able to get a new appraiser out to my house and get the paperwork needed in a timely manner. His team were all very knowledgable and helped me out with questions I had. I'm now proudly sitting in my beautiful home while I write this and I know it would not have been possible without skyline and Hrak leading the way! Thanks again !

  If you're looking for an easy way to buy your home, Hrak is your dude. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgable. He made the process as easy as possible for us and had a solution for any hurdle we came across.
