  WORST financial company you can ever deal with. All these elderly ladies are rude as hell, They need some assistance in their own customer service really bad, they have no respect especially Emma. Think twice before ever dealing with this finance.

  I've been with this finance company for a few years now and I ended never had a problem. They've worked with me when I had to be late with my payment. The ladies I've dealt with are very friendly.

  Horrible customer service. Rude lady that was on the phone didn’t give me her name and when I asked to speak to the supervisor she told me no because the supervisor was busy and wasn’t going to help me if (she) lady on the phone couldn’t help me. After I asked again to speak to the supervisor she hung up on me.

  I had already paid off my car for more than a year and they never sent me my title like they said they would now they are telling me that they don’t send the title also they have a lien on my car so don’t trust this company I already sent my complaint to the BBB I hope this company is no more terrible company to get financed these people are terrible life and catch them on their lies and they will still lie about it

  The net that poor service they have for customers is the last time that I trust people like this, they have given me such a bad credit that they did not accept me in any dealer and I do not know why it will be I ask them for my payment status and neither they don't even tell me well that's why they will never have 5 bad stars
