I'll give them two stars based on prior reviews (otherwise I'd actually go with 1). Fortuately, Michigan City Branch was MUCH more helpful in a specific situation and definitely would recommend that particular branch if you use Horizon Bank.

The ladies at the Chesterton branch should take a training course in customer service as they are very unwelcoming and unfriendly.
