      HopeSouth is the best! We went in today to start an account for my daughter and they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They talked to my daughter and explained how to set up her app and how to use it which made her feel very special. We always have such a great experience with them!

      Well I feel like a real jack @$$ went to Bank to close my account, was treated with the upmost respect I was being protected and didn't realize it, my phone is broken and fraud protection could not get in touch with me, I apologize to anyone whom took offensive attitude against HopeSouth.also Thank you Heather for your understanding ,I just felt like I should have been there for any change in my account, she agreed,these people at this institution have been nothing but nice to me and my wife, and I was wrong. Please don't let my last review detour you away from this Bank GOOD PEOPLE.

      If anyone has had an acct or done business with a bank monopoly, then you can understand when I say it is literally a breath of fresh air to deal with Hopesouth. They are absolutely wonderful. It seems this day and time there is not any personal communication and no one wants to help anyone else esp when it comes to banking. This is where Hopesouth blows all other banks out of the water and it is just so nice and comforting. Will be a customer for life!
