  Would love to give a higher rating but I can't. They keep changing bank hours, atms that are always down, not open in the middle of the week, the mobile banking system they have is horrible, the only good thing I can say is they have free checking. And it's the only reason I stay with them. Kinda sad how crummy it's become. Use to be an alright place. But not these days.

  A little disgruntled.... sent a Soldier of the Army to have a document notarized at the Honor Bank Copemish location. A technical error in the paperwork prevented the notary from notarizing because the Soldier signed in the wrong place. No big deal... quick fix.... except the bank Notary refused to print 3 pages off the internet for the Soldier who maintains an acct with Honor Bank "because it isn't their job". Sketchy customer service... A little goes a long way sometimes and the form is only 3 pages and readily accessible on the internet as a prinatble PDF that can be hand filled in. I'd hate to see how they treat non bank members. Yikes!

  The best bank around with the greatest staff. Laurie Draeger always returns calls and is super efficient.

  They need to change their hours on their Google for copemish branch since it's NOT open on Saturday
