  The staff at Hometown Lenders make the process of buying a home easy and stress free ! The process was explained to us in great detail from start to finish and they treat you like a person and not just a number like banks do, anytime we had a question they were always there either by phone, email or in person !! The communication from all staff members of Hometown Lenders is excellent and they go above and beyond :)

  I have referred Hometown Lenders to my clients for several years now. The service they provide my clients is second-to-none and has never changed. The support staff works hard to get everyone approved and closed as quickly as possible. If there is an issue, they work tirelessly to get it resolved and get us back on track to closing. The staff makes update calls every week, I never have to ask for updates and we never worry about the status of the loan. I am very selective of who I refer my clients to; Hometown Lenders is at the top of list everytime.

  It's been years since I've owned or been involved with buying a home and so much has changed. When we found one we really liked our realtor suggested Hometown Lenders as a starting place. One call put us on the track to home ownership. Jill and Ashlyn were SO patient with us! They walked us through the entire process from the beginning, answering all my questions, explaining all the changes in the mortgage process over the years, suggesting and advising where they could, and always with patience and a smile. They were always professional and in no time we were closing the deal on our new home! I would definitely recommend starting here first!

  Being a first time home buyer, I had no idea where to start. My real estate agent, Vicki Miller, knew exactly what to do though and sent me to Hometown Lenders for my mortgage loan. I was greeted by Dustin at the front desk with a smile each time I went in and was always offered a snack or something to drink. Little things like that are very sweet and made me feel at home. The staff was super helpful and patient with me even though I had tons of questions as well. Ashlynn and Jill were the two ladies that worked with me primarily who made the process of buying my house a breeze. And to make things even better, they had an adorable sign specially made for me with my last name on it to hang up in my new house when I closed! 😊 I definitely recommend Hometown Lenders and am so happy to be living in my new home!

  I have been working with Jen at Hometown Lenders for about five years. I have found Jen and her staff to be honest, professional and timely in their work. I also have had the pleasure of recently remodeling my house via a 203k loan through Hometown. My personal experience is Hometown goes above and beyond for their customers!
