  Chance and his team do a outstanding job with communication and making the home buying process simple and efficient. As it is not already stressful enough chance and his team made sure to follow up and handle all things needed within a timely manor. When we walked in to our closing everything was complete and ready for us to sign. I will be using again on our next home purchase. Thank you for a great experience on our new home.

  We had a great experience as far as the approval process and products available. The interest rate was good. The down payment was great. All of those details were good. The lack of communication - unreturned phone calls and text messages, especially the closer we got to closing. The seller, attorney’s, and both realtor’s involved had the final CD days before closing, but we didn’t receive it until we were walking out the door to go to closing. Chance Evans was great at first, but then the communication changed drastically. I had general questions answered by other Homestar agents, so I would know what to expect as a first time buyer. Along wit by the final CD, received about 30 minutes before closing, was also a text from Chance saying he would be late because he didn’t realize how far away the attorney’s office was. Very pleased with Homestar’s products and back office processing, but was left longing with the lender.

  I had a great experience with Chance Evans. He went above and beyond to help me with my loan. He basically took care of everything to do with the loan other than fill out my loan application. I would highly recommend Chance Evans to take care of your mortgage needs.
