  Marc Nocera and his team were absolutely phenomenal. I am a single mom who found herself in a difficult situation and needed to find a place to live as soon as possible. Marc took my case extremely seriously and in a matter of a week, we found my dream home. He was very involved in the whole process, always willing to answer my questions, reassure me and accompany me throughout this process. I could have not been luckier. I cannot say enough good things of Marc and Home Smart Mortgage. I would recommend him to anyone living in South Michigan and looking to either sell or buy in this area.

  Giving one star because I cannot give zero or negative. Leo Franco has wasted 3 months all together and still couldn’t complete my refinance process. He offered zero closing plus cash back as escrow credit, amount of which kept changing through out the course. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING HE SAYS! He is NOT the man of his words! He doesn’t know this business, for sure. This is sort of side gig for him it seems and looks like he is learning it by trial and error but it cost me three months with no result. I am not sure if he is just one of the employees at this company but if yes, make sure you ask for some other agent for your need (if you MUST choose this company). This was total waste of time. Completely rubbish and unprofessional!
