      HMS Capital DOES NOT offer what is advertising!!! I have two properties and have done several mortgage refinances but this is the worst company I've dealt with. After paper works submission and more than a week of initial contact, I still didn't get the good faith estimate. Yet, I had to make several follow up phone calls and each time that I got lucky to speak to the loan originator, she kept increasing the loan fees/costs... I ended up cancel it and it was absolutely a waist of time!

      Started positive but Diego Quoted best rates HMS wont be beat. Following paperwork submission and pre approved our calls and emails were ingnored for several days. Made it seem like it was a chore to help us. No follow through and a true waste of time. HMS does not offer what is advertised. A true disappointment!

      Be aware that HMS Capital does not offer what is advertised. “ we focus intently on the customer service we provide to our clients. Not only do we make ourselves available at any time for our clients” Offered me unbeatable rates for a refi and pre-approved per Diego Tolentino. When it came down to finalizing the loan, HMS would not return calls for days. When they finally did return the call HMS changed the rates to what was not originally agreed upon. Horrible representation! Don’t waste your time. If you deal with DIEGO TOLENTINOat HMS capital, this guy will not follow through with any of his promises. DIEGO TOLENTINO IS BAD NEWS! STAY AWAY!

      HMS capital does not return phone calls, I constantly had to call them once they had all my information. They do not offer the services as advertised. I personally think they are a waste of time.
