  Horrendous credit union. Years ago my wife's grandfather had an account here when he was alive, after his passing, this credit union started siphoning funds from his account. When my wife confronted them, they denied until she had to threaten legal action. Apparently the father and daughter who run the bank are known to do this kind of thing. Stay away from this place.

  I've been a member for years and as far as I'm concerned they are the best 💗 every employee is fantastic from the manager on down and always make you feel like you're a friend !!!!!

  The staff is absolutely amazing! Tracy is great! We recently went through a very hard time and the staff went above and beyond to help me and my family. Thank you HFCU!

  Be careful theirs always some thing their not telling you been a member their for over 10 years and just got screwed on a vehicle payment when it was actually their fault and now theirs nothing they can do!! Go figure

  It's hard to find a bank that cares, and they do! Been with them for years and plan on it, for years to come. My fence fell down and I called and I received my loan the next day, in less then 20 min.

  4 people work here, 1 person actually does something and she calls off more than anyone I've ever met. Horrible customer service. I'm surprised that they have any business. They just don't care.
