  First class from start to finish! Leslie, Donna, and Ron were always accessible, extremely patient, and willing to walk us through every step of the process on the road to closing. It didn't matter that we never met in person or shook hands. Every phone or email conversation felt as though we were long-time clients. Having that level of comfort was so important to us and it was delivered in spades. Also, we LOVED the app! This was such a helpful tool in letting us know exactly where we were at, what was needed and where we were headed.   Melissa was super helpful and able to turn around an approval quickly and fast track our loan. This was a loan that a previous lender dropped the ball on at the last minute, and Melissa came in and was able to take care of everything and get us to closing quickly. Would highly recommend, and I will be using her again.

  April Barnes and her entire team were incredible. I was an out of state buyer but it felt like I was sitting next to them during the process. She was available whenever I needed - and calmed a few panic moments. She made herself available after hours and on a holiday - just to make sure I got the right information before submitting an offer. The rate was great and timing was amazing. I have worked with several companies in the past but never had a positive experience like this previously. I highly recommend her for both her extreme professional knowledge of the industry but also the personal touch she gives each client.
