      Mr. Green help with my home loan and he was the Best. I contacted Mr. Green in February 2021 and closed on my home April 2021. Mr. Green was very professional and answered any questions I had.       After getting the run around went to 3 different lenders and was let down! I was referred to Mr. Herbert Green on June 15, 2021 and I received my pre-approval that exact same day he made my dream come true no hassle was a very quick smooth process I closed on my very 1st home on August 06, 2021! Thanks to Mr. Herbert Green the best lender EVER! He gets the job DONE! I recommend him to anyone! He’s a great person, great communication really down to earth person :) I thank him sooooo much without him I don’t know what I would’ve did because I was let down so many times for no reason when I walked inside his office he got the job done!

      This is the worst place to get a home loan. Herbert Green lies and will not answer his phone. This man stays in the hospital dealing with a health issue plus he cant get anything done. we dealt with this man for 13 months and never got our loan closed after being approved. We had to call the real estate commission on him. He is currently being investigated by the commission as we write this review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HGS FEDELITY MORGTAGE!!!!!!!!!!!! Herbert lies, lies, and lies.
