  We have been members of HeritageUSA Credit Union for a couple of years and couldn’t be any happier. Gabriela is such an outstanding person to work with. She streamlines the entire loan process. It’s so easy that you can literally take care of everything via email. The entire staff is friendly and the facilities are top notch. We are proud to handle all of our banking needs with them!

  I have been with this credit union for years now and wouldn't want to bank anywhere else. This bank has been the central basis of all my banking needs. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Loan officers are amazing and always get the job done at my convenience. If I need something done, I don't always have to be present to sign documents. Most of my loans are done here! I couldn't ask for a better bank!

  Had my card frozen on a saturday for no apparent reason. Couldnt use an atm or anything. Luckily i wasnt out of gas. No call center, so I just had to wait till monday to get it fixed. Not a good credit union. Had good reviews, but there all for "friendly environment, nice place to visit." I dont care about that, I'd rather have my funds when I need them. Switching to a new bank asap.

  A great credit union. People are so friendly that when you walk in the door it seems like everyone there is welcome you in. If you have business there or not, it is just a great place to visit.
