      I would’ve given this bank 5 stars if Nancy wasn’t so rude and always having an attitude with me. Everyone else there is extremely nice and polite. Nancy has pushed my business away 3 times now. I would recommend banking here.Just try to avoid doing any business with Nancy.

      The lewisburg branch is not where you want to go. They pick and choose who they want to help and who they want to take advantage of. I would not recommend because they take advantage of their clients and take people's hard earned money.

      Absolutely pathetic excuse for a “bank.” Incessantly blocks online transactions (including bills), systems are in a constant state of “updating”. Applied for a loan last year, paid them $30 to run a credit check, only to be told they can’t help because there is no score defined (in spite of the fact I told them there would be no score because we’ve yet to have anything on credit). No notice before the fee that would be a “no go”, no option for manual underwriting, and no refund. Ascend FCU is right up the road, which is where I will be going.

      Absolutely horrible experience. They pick and choose to close accounts without even notifying their customers. Taking money and taking advantage of people who do not understand.
