      Been to the atm and they only took part of my money when clearly it was way more than I counted so I was out a $140 dollars, been through the drive through and the lady didn’t count my money right and took $20 from me, once I called they said there was nothing they could do. I don’t recommend this location!

      Such an amazing helpful banking experience!! Emilie G. Was exceptional and handled multiple transactions I had with attentiveness and had such a helpful positive attitude. I love how HFCU has so many member perks that it keeps surprising me what is included to serve their customers better. They really work for you.

      I have been banking with HFCU for over 15 years. We switched from ONB when they decided to start charging members to have a checking account. I have had nothing but the best service from the employees. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful no matter which branch I visit.

      Not a single issue with HFCU, had 2 maybe 3 loans. Last one paid off early back in December, no issues was even corrected on lower pay off. Paid at teller, which they even stayed late to help me and the 4 cars behind me. Last loans was all done over phone and email. VERY FAST SERVICE ! Going for home loan online. Rather in person but this COVID stuff. I have confidence in them.

      In my personal experience I have to recommend you bank elsewhere. Friendly enough at the front lines, no issues with basic day to day stuff at all and I was perfectly happy but loans and lending has been a nightmare for me personally. That one department will have me forever telling everyone to stay away from this institution. You know how a happy customer will tell a few friends, an unhappy one will tell everyone? Well I'm definitely telling everyone to avoid Heritage. I had a loan, paid it off several years early. They act like no one has ever paid a loan off early before, cannot get me a title to save their life. Weeks of waiting, multiple calls, talked to 15+ people at this point. Tried to just ask for a manager but no one is ever available and they promise to call but never do. I deserve to be treated as a valuable customer, and I will take my business to a credit union that also believes this. One that follows though on that promise. Sadly, for me, Heritage falls very short. I get better treatment and follow though from regular banks, and they are no comparison to other credit unions I use.

      Was contacted To see if I had made a recent online purchase from Arkansas I did not.They're going to cancel my card because of potential fraud. I now have to call customer serviceTo see about getting a replacement card. When I call customer serviceI get a run around through umpteen levels of press this number press that number I get all the way through and it takes me back to the main menuThis is ridiculous

      I will not deal with any business that can not answer a phone nor talk to a customer in person when the customer has a problem. I called them at least 10 different times and was on hold for up to 30 minutes every time. I went in in person to talk to someone. I waited an hour before I left. There were three people still ahead of me. They took nine days to notify me of an overdraft on my checking account. I got my statement a few days after this overdraft is how I found out about it. Got a notification letter nine days later. I have not overdrawn an account in many years. I could not contact them by phone or in person. When I finally did get to talk to someone, she was rude to me. I eventually got my fee back, but I closed my accounts there and went elsewhere.

      We financed two cars through HFCU. WORST financing experience we've ever had. First, we never received a statement in the mail with a due date, payment amount or account number. No emails or phone calls either. That is until a debt collection company out of Texas called inquiring about our payments. Second, making a payment will apparently cost $12.50 every time unless we open a bank account with them, or go to a shared branch. We paid off one car and plan to move the financing of the other car elsewhere asap.

      Literally this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with; they have no interest in helping you constantly filling out papers wrong that gets rejected, and the employees are awful. They’re first response is always no we can’t do that verses sure let’s see what we can do to help you constant arguing to get things done. Do NOT bank with them!
