  Hepzibah is the absolute best! My husband and I had purchased our first home a year prior to working with her and we were able to refinance our home with an amazing deal. We did all of this in the middle of expecting our first baby, by the time he was born we were debt free from credit cards and vehicle financing. We had no idea where to begin refinancing our house but it only took one call to put all of our worries at ease, she answered all of our questions and the rest of the process was just as easy.   By far the simplest refinance I have done! Loved the process so much I’ve referred 3 friends. Hepzibah was able to lower my interest rate a full percentage when other lenders told me it wasn’t possible! Hepzibah has been doing this for over a decade and has extensive knowledge in mortgage and loans. Being a first-time home buyer, we relied heavily on Hepzibah’s coordination with our realtors and the title company to collaborate and make the long purchasing process smooth and stress-free for us.   Hepzibah and her team were excellent guides in our refinancing process. She found us a great interest rate just before national rates increased, and she kept our costs to a minimum. Her team was great with explaining the fees and the process. They were even available for a last-minute phone call when we were signing with the notary. Fantastic service!

  To put it concisely, Hepzibah is the BEST. Even if you think you can't qualify for a loan she will get you the best possible mortgage at the best possible rate. She always has plan A, B and C ready to go. She and her team are punctual and efficient and truly a pleasure to work with. That being said, the highest praise I can offer is that she got me into my dream home when no one else would even consider us. Truly a legend.

  My house loan was only under my husband's name. When my husband died I was afraid of losing my home and the bank taking over. Hephzibah was super great helping me refinance my house over to my name, and even help lower the interest rate. She was very kind and helpful reassuring me that everything was going to be fine. She was the right person to help me during a stressful time of my life. I will be calling her again in the future when my credit score gets better and interest rates are down again.
