  This bank is literally the BEST!!!! Every person here is great! They always are warm and welcoming upon walking through their doors and will help you with anything and everything you need! They truly go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I highly highly recommend this bank to everyone I see! I am a local business owner and have a business account as well as personal accounts here. I couldn't be happier to have chosen Heartland Bank for all of my banking needs especially the Fort Thomas location! Every visit is like a great coffee date with friends without the coffee sadly hahaha! But seriously, these people are the best and I cannot recommend them enough!!! Go meet them and find out why Heartland is THE bank for you!

  I have used Heartland bank for 13 years, primarily use the Ft Thomas branch and I can’t say enough how great this location and banking experience has been. Always super helpful, I’ve never had to wait in line and they know me when I walk in door which is something you don’t get with major banks. If you are local you will be hard pressed to find a more personable banking experience.

  I am treated like a friend, not just another customer, when I go into the Fort Thomas branch of Heartland Bank! This is exactly the kind of bank, and customer service that this town needs! 4 of 5 stars, only because there is no drive-thru, or on-site ATM available.

  I appreciate how service- oriented Heartland bank is. I never have to wait for anything and they always make sure I have what I need. Because it is a smaller community bank, I don't have to put up with endless, unsolicited offers.

  Absolutely the WORST bank! When the Union Bank was Victory Community Bank, we had no problems and my husband and I banked there for TEN YEARS! Now I know why the woman who were there left! The current ladies working there are RUDE! The manager is incompetent and hateful. They really need to clean house and start over. No wonder they have poor reviews across the board! We're closing all accounts on Monday!
