  Mr. Whitaker the bank president seemed to have great faith in my projects my desire to purchase a retirement property for income. suggested meeting his mom related to my career suggested adjunct teaching at Hardin SImmons, enthusiastic about my recent home remodel and in general ....... encouraging my future plans and said YES to doing business with me and even thanking me for my business. 3 weeks later I get a call from Mr. Whitaker to come into the bank. He has talked to what I call the greys . his unbelieving faithless crew that whispers in his ear when he begins to doubt his own decisions. you got it. He lost that zeal, faith, enthusiasm disregarding any optimism faith or enthusiasm he had previously shown BEFORE talking to his greys. They filled him up with doubt and disbelief. He told me I probably think he is wishy washy. He had now changed his mind. He told me he was looking through ROSE COLORED GLASSES. He has cost me thousands of dollars , damaged my credit which will take I don't know how long to rebuild. I came from Dallas ripe for this assignment to rebuild an apartment community to elevate the STANDARD OF LIVING for the current occupents. He told me I would be a SLUM LORD. He actually said that. I was so darkened when he used that word slum lord. Why slumlord? The man is duplicite double minded and uncertain in his ways depending on the unbelieving who he eventually turns to in his decision making. That bank can destroy you and what you have built on the spot due to their faithlessness and doubt. He doesn't make his own decisions. Someone makes them for him that work at Haskell. So if you are managing an apartment complex his standard of you is that YOU are a SLUMLORD. Got a lot of slumlords in Abiline and I am happy to know them all. What is Mr. Whitaker implying about the residents of these apartments if the owner is a SLUMLORD? That the residents are worthless? Is Mr. Whitaker a fair banker? No... his prejudice was the first thing out of his mouth when he told me that I would be a slumlord if I purchased the apartments. The Father doesn't think so and He doesn't believe that apartment OWNERS are SLUMLORDS. The Father loves them cares for them and fortunately He never changes in His ways. Was Mr. Whitaker professional with me? No. He owes me an apology and an apology for his prejudice and unprofessionalism. Should he remain in his professional post? No ... because he probably has damaged scores of others who have never spoken up. The Father will remove him in time. The Father remains stable and sovereign. The Father will reestablish me, but you need to know who you are banking with and you may very well be in satan's territory without knowing it and that guy satan is completely stable out to kill steal and DESTROY by any means and by using anyone and by any banking institution. Pray before you go anywhere or talk to any banker and then go into your prayer closet shut the door and REALLY PRAY. Then get on your horse and get out of Dodge. ( in other words you want someone who won't prejudice a professional meeting, label others like gossip and demean anyone . Professional is without bias, prejudice and always consistent. You can count on a professional to be stable and singular not changing their minds with their own confusion or being confused by others ).

  The people at this bank are extremely kind.
