  We had a great experience working with both Jason Harris and Erik Wolfe (and their teams) at Guaranteed Rate! Jason helped us get a great rate on our initial home mortgage and helped us find the perfect first-time homebuyers grant for us! Then Eric Wolfe and his team contacted us to let us know when it was a great time to refinance and get a better interest rate and lower our monthly payments! I could t speak highly enough about the team at Guaranteed Rate. They’re great at communicating timelines, answering questions, and make the document submission so easy! They’re responsive to questions and generally made the home-buying process seamless, removing a ton of stress that otherwise could have been there! I would and do recommend them to anyone I know who’s looking to finance purchasing a home!

  My wife and I were first time homebuyers and we cannot say enough great things about Jason! He was seemingly available 24-7 and was extremely knowledgeable. The market is so competitive so having Jason made all the difference to help us get the house. By him being so proactive, we knew what price we could go to without needing an appraisal in order to qualify for financing. This set us apart from the other 17 offers since we didnt need to include this contingency in our contract. Further, he was able to get all the financing in place in under two weeks which also set us apart since we could meet the sellers quick close requirement. Thanks for everything Jason!

  I recently used Guaranteed Rate to secure a mortgage on a condo. It has been quite a few years since I last owned a home, so was a little wary of this process. My realtor referred them to me, as she had used them for many of her past clients. They were prompt in replying to my repeated emails and phone calls. I was kept updated on everything that was happening from pre-approval to final closing. I highly recommend them!

  Dave Moriarty and his team made the process of securing our mortgage for our new home in December of 2019 so easy that we did not think twice about engaging them again in January of 2021 to refinance our mortgage since interest rates have dropped so much. Dave was incredibly responsive, helpful and the use of flash closing by Guaranteed Rate made the experience very quick and painless. I highly recommend Dave and his team if you want to lower your interest rate, save money and get it done quickly and easily with minimal closing fees.
