  Magicians they are!!!! I am a direct lender who comes across may loan scenarios that fall outside of MY everyday box that I have. The last loan Hard Money Solutions closed for a buyer was so complicated, they cross collateralize on 3 other proprieties the borrower owned to get the 4th one done. Now that's impressive. GoGovier!!
