  This is the best bank I have ever been associated with. The customer service and ease with which to reach the officers of the bank is far superior to any of the large banks I have ever used. You can e-mail the manager of this bank and your concern will be addressed immediately. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the experience of every member, and I highly recommend this bank....

  I usually have nothing but good things to say about this bank. Always pleasant and helpful. Today I was a little disappointed. My account was low in funds. I am an elderly women . I had an item go in and my funds were short $2.58 I was charged an OD fee and my transaction was returned. Now I also have a $25 fee from the gas company were I purchased gas. Very dissatisfied with the service I recieved from my phone call.

  can't stand everytime I walk in they ask me to do a loan, I said no last week but they keep asking me like it'll change my mind, NO it'll make me ask another bank

  Always pleasant in here. The manager as well as all of the tellers are super nice and efficient. I have been with HarborOne (formerly Brockton Credit Union) for over thirty years. Excellent bank.

  BEST BANK in the entire area! Plus, free cookies? Who can resist? I started my business with an account there - and even though I was small potatoes - they made me feel important :) A++

  The bank is not up to date with industry and policy practices. Credit card and loan practices exploit the client with excessive fees. Customer service representatives are trained to make no accommodations under any circumstances. Banking practices stuck back in 1980s.
