  This is my family bank. Couldn't ask for no better service or people here. I absolutely love the workers. They always made sure I was taken care of and when I had questions they actually cared and answered to the best of there knowledge. This is my very first bank and I'm positive it's going to be only one.

  This place has been steadily going downhill since the passing of the long time CEO in August 2020. The new CEO has come in and completely changed all the policies and procedures. She is hateful to the employees and the customers. Several long time employees have retired or flat out quit because of her actions. It used to be a friendly, fun place to bank, but now I dread even going in to do my banking. They aren't friendly anymore. Example...I went to the window of one the newer tellers, I said "Good Morning" to her and she rolled her eyes at me. I am in the process of moving my accounts to another bank. The customer service is horrible. They don't realize, that without us customers, that place can't stay in business. They are running off their members with their poor attitudes.

  This use to be a great place to bank. I have been a customer for 12 yrs and since this new system I have to run my check down alway holding it. This new system was a BIG MISTAKE. The bank tellers are great but the bank manager needs to look into this new system you will lose some customers if this keeps up!!!!!!

  Great customer service very clean inside. Windows please clean every 6 months. Very very looking

  My wife and I went in looking for information about a car loan a few weeks ago. The two people we interacted with acted like we were inconveniencing them. Five minutes after going into one lady's office to discuss account and loan options, she took a clearly personal, non-emergency phone call right at her desk with us sitting there twiddling our thumbs. After she chatted for about ten minutes, I was ready to just get up and walk out. Shortly after, we did walk out after being told their loan rates. I would definitely NOT recommend this sleepy, unprofessional credit union to anybody.

  I’m sorry but the young lady that sits on the desk to the left as soon as you walk through the door is so rude. I almost cancelled my account if it wasn’t for the nice lady’s at the front of the bank overall experience was good but that one young girl left a bad mark on their business

  Would give no stars if it allowed. Refused to give me a debit card for my checking account even though I had paperwork to prove the issues were not mine. Gave me a checking account as a "trial run," like I was a teenager. I've had a debit card many years. Rude staff. DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION.

  The best customer service. I have had an account with them for over a decade. Just takes a phone call, they will help take care of almost any problem.

  Rude and unprofessional bunch at this place. I would not recommend to anyone. I can say this because I dealt with them for 10 years and I didnt know what I was missing till I switched to ECU.

  Horrible customer service. They are Disrespectful, rude, and maybe the dumbest people I have dealt with. They kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak and wouldn't listen to a word I had to say.
