I came here because i live locally and wanted to set up an account, i wanted to keep it close to home, i come in and they have me talk with Kim she told me i had something i needed to take care of first then to come back with the paper work and she would set me up...well i did and she told me it has to be up to a week before we could set it up i come back months later the girls up front tell me no we can't set one up for you, without even speaking to kim i will NOT be coming back here for anything i will also advise people of hanna city not to either, what a joke. If making people feel low is what this bank is going for mission accomplished!
