      Another screw up by this place ! When will they get their act together. Nothing but trouble since started to merge/buy other banks. Info on net is WRONG

      I've used Whitney, now Hancock Whitney for over 20 years. My only complaint is that since COVID they've cut back their hours. 4pm is too early to close in my opinion.

      I've dealt with all the major banks and Hancock-Whitney is THE WORST. They'll say one thing, and then do another. They hit me up with charges that were seven times higher than they should have been, and then send you to a hellish phone tech support ring of representatives who cannot do anything to help or resolve the situation. This is the worst kind of bureaucracy. All friendly to you when you open accounts, but later on, hidden fees, jacked up rates, outrageous charges. This should not be legal!

      Took my accounts from Whitney after they were bought by Hancock bank. Didn't feel the connection with"personal service" anymore. Not a bad bank and the service is friendly. Just got a little too big for me.

      If I could give no stars I would. I just opened this account there has been nothing but problems. They will find away too steel your money on overdraft fees, never had this problem before going to get it straight and shut this account down, I looked at the reviews they are over a year ago. the last one says the left because no connection they are right.
