Hours are horrible for working individuals. Close at 4 and not open on Saturday. Waveland branch closed… time to find a new bank. Little to no customer service anymore either…

Very upset with the Hancock Whitney way . The fees for my overdraft were charged because of my set income in which we barely get by what little money I get for being disabled . 7 months made 1100$ in overdraft fees then in one month 1100$.
