  My experience with Gum Tree was nothing short of perfect! Mr. Kenneth McNeal worked diligently to get us in the house of our dreams in a very timely manner. He always kept us involved in the process and communicated with us daily! There was never a time that we did not know what was going on, which helped to calm the nerves of first-time house buyers. If I could give Gum Tree 10 stars, I would!

  Eric Cole with Gum Tree Mortgage is a Great person . We couldn’t have ask for a Better loan officer than Eric Cole. He was honest, very caring, and hard working throughout the loan process. Eric was there for us, if we had a question or if we needed to know anything at all. We did a Va loan which is different in ways than the average Mortgage loan but Eric assured us that we’d close in 7-10 Business days. I thought, well That’ll be a miracle if we close that fast! Well, exactly on the 10th Working day, we closed on our new home and was in it just in time for Christmas with our precious little girl. We owe all the Thanks to Eric Cole and Gum Tree Mortgage . We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Eric and his team. There wasn’t anything at all stressful with this company. I’ve read lots of good reviews on Eric Cole and we have experienced them first hand. Eric and Gum Tree Mortgage deserve those great reviews and I know Eric Cole and his team will receive many more. If you’re looking for a home to buy, Eric has some homes ready to sell to you or they will do everything in their power to get you in your dream home. They got us in our dream home in 10 days!!
