  They're fairly friendly to potential customers, but they seem to not make much of an effort to call you if you're denied a loan. I need to yet still fix my roof. Just nailed a very decent job to afford half the cost, but I needed a loan. Because my credit isnt 700 or more I was denied. That's okay. It isnt okay that I have to call the bank every day for four business days to find out if I'm approved or denied. I need to be able to weigh my options and there should be effort made by the bank to inform me. I shouldn't have to call multiple times a day. Other banks or lenders have been prompt to approve or deny my loan, and send all information relevant to the loan in 1 or 2 business days through email and phone calls. I'd still bank at Gulf Coast. No question. However they dont seem to care about you or your loan if it isnt approved.

  Sara Fernandez was absolutely wonderful! My loan was extremely hard. She never gave up, and her team did everything to help me get my loan through. I am very thankful and grateful for their dedication, and the whole team in seeing this happen. I felt like giving up at times but she told me to hang in there. The whole experience is amazing! If Sara couldn't do it get your loan done, no one can!!Great job to Sara, her team and Gulf Coast Bank!

  Sarah Fernandez and her team at Gulf Coast Bank were wonderful and we will recommend them to family and friends in the future! They worked hard after the hurricane to get our loan for our house. Extremely pleased with their work.

  Sara Fernandez was absolutely amazing! Being self-employed, with multiple businesses, made my loan extremely hard. She never gave up, and her, and her team did everything to help me get my loan. I am forever grateful to these wonderful people. I feel like they’re more like family now, through this whole experience! If Sara can’t get your loan done, no one can!!   I filled out an application online not expecting to go as far as I have come with purchasing a home. I am so Very Grateful to have Randy Mason walk me step step, Randy was very patient with me explained everything thoroughly over and over, slowly if I didn't understand. I am so happy to have the opportunity to work with Gulf Coast Bank and Trust.

  I just obtained a home mortgage hassle free with Randy Mason. He is such a nice guy, and he always made sure he explained each step to the home buying process. I would definitely recommend Gulf Coast Bank. You can even start your application online.

  Randy made our re-finance easy! He informed me of changes that were happening in the market and kept me updated constantly. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend Randy for any of your mortgage needs.
