  I was very fortunate to work with Lisa Cooper for buying my first home.   Ms. Lisa has been a great help to us. She was always there to guide and communicate with us throughout the process. We had hiccups along the way but she was always there to help us.   Dealing with this bank has been an absolute nightmare. They caused our closing on a new home to be delayed three times due to incompetence. They backed out of the last one after it was confirmed by all parties 1 hour before signing, while I was having lunch across the street. They've asked for the same information over and over again and have cost us thousands by tying up moving trucks. Stay away from this useless bank. They need to drop the word "Trust" in the their title, as they don't trust anyone and I don't trust them at all.

  The best place to go to get a Mortgage or Construction loan they treat you like family and make sure it's the right Decision for you on what type of loan.
