  We had an awesome home buying experience with Susan Lemon, and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future. We had excellent communication, ease in applying and she easily answered a million questions we had She also worked hard to get the right loan for us and at a better than expected rate. Further to this, she was able to anticipate our fees and what we’d need at closing almost to the dollar. There were absolutely no surprise costs at any point along the way, which is something I was fearful of. The only surprises we had were lower than estimated amounts! Susan made our home loan process a breeze!

  Susan Lemon is the best. Before we even moved to Dickinson from Colorado, she had already done most of the paper work and had given us our pre-approval. Because we were able to do everything through email, all we had to do was pick out our house once we got here. After finding the house, She updated us every step of the way and was in constant communication with our realtor. She was able to close us in just a short 28 days!!! It was a pleasure working with such an upbeat positive person! I highly recommend Susan Lemon at Guild Mortgage!
